hmm, seems like we all get cars around the same time, now were all moving too, weird.

 

I'm still getting prepared to sell my place so it'll be a while still. Maybe a month, maybe three...

 

yeah instead i get a car when every one is moving... and im happy in my 2000+ square foot house 3 car garage for now... but i need another garage we have soooo many cars... i think we got 7 cars... yup 7 cars now... new garage time

umm... today's high was 24. low tonight 8. tommorow high is predicted 35... but i doubt it. plus its windy so it feels soooo cold. and haha. my mom doesnt control me in any way (sept my saved money) so thats it and i get free room and food. plus its a fairly big house.

 

cool, bout the house situation..the weathers aboot the same here, nights its like 0, to negative 5, highs like 32ish, feels good in the sun, cold in the shade...and thank god the wind isn't to bad here, or it'd really suck.

 

WE are having sunny warm days and clear cold nights. the humidity is near nil, and our faces are drying out.

but we do not have snow. whew.

Dammit! I just got a call from my loan officer. I put a $103k offer on a condo & she just got the appraisal back... it appraised @ $101k. So now I gotta re-negotiate w/ the seller & see if she will take $101k or less. The best part... the seller bought it in May 06 for $85k...

Around here, if you don't get an offer in quick, it will be gone. This condo was on the market less than 48hrs & they already had 2 offers & supposedly a bunch of people still wanting to look at it. We offered just enough to get us into a contract.

I just talked w/ everyone & the seller is willing to take $101k... just signed the addendum & $101k it is.

 

so they are getting what the house is appraised at huh.. lucky them i guess...

 

yeppers... cuz if we don't take it, there is a huge line of people that will.

lemont isnt cool... at all.... its jsut an incredibly nice town. lol. its beautiful.. they people are nice... but also liek prissy so bad boys are like evil and ****.. and lots of drug kids believe it or not lol. for as nice of a place this is... but its really boring otherwise... i guess you cant have both...

EDIT: actually if you want to see a few clips of lemont go see that movie "save the last dance" before she moves to chicago or w/e she is in lemont... my town.. and my highschool. and thye act liek when she goes to chicago its sooooo far away and seh cant see her old friends... BS its 25 minutes down I-55 lol

 

is that the appraiser from the bank? All they do is look at the place to verify that it should be worth about what you offered on it. a 2K difference shouldn't even matter. They just need to say "is it worth 103K? yes or no"

if it was worth anywhere near 100K then the answer is yes. IDIOTS!
Are condos in the same area selling for that much? Comparables are were the values should come from mostly.
