yeah instead i get a car when every one is moving... and im happy in my 2000+ square foot house 3 car garage for now... but i need another garage we have soooo many cars... i think we got 7 cars... yup 7 cars now... new garage time
umm... today's high was 24. low tonight 8. tommorow high is predicted 35... but i doubt it. plus its windy so it feels soooo cold. and haha. my mom doesnt control me in any way (sept my saved money) so thats it and i get free room and food. plus its a fairly big house.
cool, bout the house situation..the weathers aboot the same here, nights its like 0, to negative 5, highs like 32ish, feels good in the sun, cold in the shade...and thank god the wind isn't to bad here, or it'd really suck.

Dammit! I just got a call from my loan officer. I put a $103k offer on a condo & she just got the appraisal back... it appraised @ $101k. So now I gotta re-negotiate w/ the seller & see if she will take $101k or less. The best part... the seller bought it in May 06 for $85k...

EDIT: actually if you want to see a few clips of lemont go see that movie "save the last dance" before she moves to chicago or w/e she is in lemont... my town.. and my highschool. and thye act liek when she goes to chicago its sooooo far away and seh cant see her old friends... is that the appraiser from the bank? All they do is look at the place to verify that it should be worth about what you offered on it. a 2K difference shouldn't even matter. They just need to say "is it worth 103K? yes or no"
if it was worth anywhere near 100K then the answer is yes. IDIOTS!
