you can on DSM's i tried the experiment on the Z, the EGR bolts are to far apart and theres only 2 of them, the DSM EGR has 3 bolts and are VERY tight pattern. so a crushed soda can with RTV will work there.

 

the fact that your cars have EGR valves sicken me. the only sort of valve on the intake should be a BOV.

 

well i had an appifiny, do i really need to block off the EGR or can i just block off the EGR tube holes? i guess you guys did it for a cleaner look on the intake manny?

 

what i have seen done is, to block the tube, then cram a BB into the vacuum line going to the valve, but leaving it all in place, thus cops cant give you crap for removing emissions equipment.

 

i just hope the BB doesn't come out

lol, i just had a db test done on my z, 128db at 5 feet with the car at 3k rpm's. redline is somewhere around 7300RPM and i just dont wanna know how high it goes. (i dont want to know how deaf i am)
