MSA Nationals 07... Who's going?
LOL .. This thread went in all sorts of tangents didn't it?
1) Yes you should pre-register when the opportunity arises. If you don't, you do run the risk of being turned away. However, since the "show" is being re-located (not at the MSA shop/store) .. the risk may be reduced. ADVICE: After pre-registration, MSA will send you a reciept. Make sure you have a copy of it (and all related correspondence). LOL .. in 2005 (I didn't make it this year), I had pre-registered. When I was in line, the MSA girls handling the registration didn't have a record of my registration and attempted to seek additional fees from me, telling me that if they found that I double paid, they'd refund me. I showed the "gal" my email correspondence indicating that payment was received and WHO verified it. It was like "oops, our records got messed up!"
(Note: Lines for entry INTO the show, at least at the MSA location started at 5AM.)
2) There will be a caravan from Sacramento (most likely via I-5) .. details will be posted as the date gets closer ..

Speaking of cheese, there is a local cheese shop for all you connoisseurs,http://cheeseboardcollective.coop/index.html , that caries a fan-friggin-tastic selection of rare and imported cheese that you can sample for free, but i always end up spending about 30 bucks or so cuz i have to have a wedge or 6 to take home. . .
