I went to Wal Mart today to return some things...tampons, some spoons, oil, some candle wax, a lighter, toilet plunger and a pack of gum........ lol, anyway as I was going to the store, in the parking lot was a cart in the way so I walked it over to the cart corral and I saw a womans purse, I grabed it on my way in and grabed a manager so they could locate the owner and return it to her. Well on my way out I saw the woman had returned and was frantically looking around and she had her grand daughter with her and she was just a crying her eyes out...it was so sad, I hate to see kids cry. Well I told her I had found her purse and that it was inside at the service desk. She ask me to wait there for her and she went inside...so there I was standing next to her car with her grand daughter who had finally calmed down. When she came back she offered me some money and I tried like hell to turn her down but she almost forced me to take it so I gave in. I just wanted to be nice, I wasn't looking for money. Well they left and I saw a kid with a flat tire on her bike so I gave her the money and told her to get her tire fixed....she was happy, and so was I. It really wasn't hard to be nice and do the right thing...hint hint.

 

Wow man, that was cool of you. And I think I would have done the same thing that you did. Doing good deeds, have their rewards in one form or another. I feel good, when I do something good for somebody.

 

I may be rough and tough on the outside but inside it's all pudding and whipped cream.

LOL, I wasn't really...it was brake fluid and razors...I have a twisted sense of humor so I put that list up. I just wish more people would do something nice for someone else...I think this is all my girlfriends fault...she is just to cute and for some reason I can't seem to be in a bad mood when she is on my mind...which is 98.678432% of the time.

good for you thxone, wish people around here would help others, i was pushing my car uphill one day, and about 50 people drove by and stared at me, not one even helped, and this is friendly canada. if i can i help, but it seems to get people in trouble somehow.

and on a side note...for fun every winter we always get one to two really big snows. everyone is always gay on those days and there is nothing to do, so we get into one car about 4 of us, and drive around the hassle areas looking for poeple who are stuck or slid off the road and push them out...its SOO much fun for some reason...its so funny to we didnt even look at it as a good dead cuase we enjoyd it so much...but later on when reflecting on it...we were helping out alot of people saving them time and money and what not.

I am starting to freak myself out here a bit...this beautiful woman comes back into my life, people have been offering me jobs, I do the right nice thing at the store with the purse....ummm I hope this isn't all a really messed up joke on me.

My girlfriend freaked out on me tonight after I left her house and came home, I popped on messenger to see if my buddy would pop on and my girlfriend who was going to bed cause she has to work early pops on and was writing some confusing stuff and it started getting real pretty fast and she was being paranoid because her ex husband messed her head up real bad and she thought I was online looking at and chatting with chicks. I would try to reply to her and she would sign off before I could finish typing...so I would call her cell but she wouldn't answer...I was getting real worried. She popped back on a few more times then would sign right back off before I could respond.

By this point I was a little scared cause I really REALLY want her in my life so like a freaked out man would do I got in my ZX and hauled *** to her house, a trip that takes exactly 30 min to drive took 12 min. Yes I broke the speed limit and I didn't care...that was easily the fastest I have had that car...ever! Well I got there and she was all confused and cried and what not but I let her know that not ALL guys are like he was to her and most importantly I was not him...why do guys have to be such ****** to nice girls, selfish FU#@S!!!! I am happy to say she knows where I am with her and how I feel about her, we are good and will be hopefully for a very long time.

On a side note, if any of you guys out there are taking your women for granted or are treating them bad because you are to childish to think of others insted of yourself then I got a slick top coupe to shove up your A$$!!! This goes for you ladies too, I know some women are evil too. Sorry for gettin all Dr. Phill on you all but damn that...I don't like feeling like that because some guy screwed up my girls head and destroyed her self esteem. Sorry everyone.

 

Kudos to you man, and I am sure we pretty much think the same on this one. This girl I have been seeing, has heard everything. And thinks I will change, I said not going to happen. And of course she didn't believe me. I told her I understand, and can see where she is coming from on that. Anyway I was chatting with her, last night, like usual. And asked her if she wouldn't mind some company. She said okay, and I am like cool. Want to watch a movie? And she said sure, and I was surprised, because usually on Sunday evening. She doesn't want any company, so I was floored that she did. And also, I believe it is progressing. And I think my patience is paying off.

Don't want to hijack your thread bro'. Figured I would say a little of what is going on with my side life. Since you were telling us about yours. Anyway I agree, and I treat women, with respect. And I think she is slowly starting to see it. And that ROCKS, okay I am finished now.

Now as for the girlfriend stuff, my life aint that exciting. I am 47, been married for 25 years, with 2 kids,now grown, and on my fourth Z. We didnt watch movies or anything exciting, we hung sheetrock and crown molding in our house all weekend. My wife is also my best friend. We go to church together, ball games, shopping, do yard work and housework together, and yes she went to ZDAYZ in NC with me and we are planning to go to ZFEST in Orlando in October.
If you want your girl to do the stuff you like, surprise her and do some of the stuff she likes. We went furniture shopping for a couple of hours Saturday to get away from the sheet rock and crown molding job for a while. Of course we were listening to the Georgia Bulldogs game as we went from place to place. So guys, mix in some stuff she likes and you might just have a helper when it comes to needing another hand to lift that tranny back into your car, (it works for me). She's the greatest, but sorry guys go get your own, mine's taken!

 

i agree thxone, some guys have messed some ladies up royally. at least you communicated properly with her, if you can do that, then your golden. i mena im only 23, but ive learned by watching others fail. brianne is my first, and last g/f ever! she has been so good to me the last little while especially. i got surgery, and she has been making me food, even putting on my socks. sounds pathetic, but i cant do it. i know id do the exact same for her. we are just like 3xazowner said - friends. i guess if you find that special someone, itll work if your soul mates

 

Your not thread jacking WildMan, when you say things out loud or type them in this case it can help you see where you are at. 3X, hows that talking lady doing, she still working? Also 3X that relationship is definatly a life long one and that rocks that you both like Z's. Shady, my daughters mother, who was my girlfriend when I had my bike wreck only came to see me twice at my sisters house when my sister was taking care of me for like 4 months. She never even thought to help me out for anything. Your girlfriend is definatly putting you first.

Now you all have wrote how you feel in ways about your other halfs...have you let them know how you feel? Sometimes it's the words they want to hear.

I have been gone for 4 days helping my ex...the one from the "Well it's over" thread, well I think she is not my ex anymore. She has been really ill and I stayed with her even though I have been sick myself and I took care of her. I finally got her to the doctors today and it helped alot. She was so bad off that everytime she moved she would be in pain and would cry (back pains) That on top of what the doctor thinks is the flu...will know in a couple of days when they get the test results back. I was kinda hesitant to do it but damn this big *** heart of mine...the fact that even with all that went on with us, I do still love her...I couldn't not help her. I cooked, cleaned, got her water and meds, washed her....I had to take a few breaks outside cause it was getting to me to see her like that. I am home now and she is doing better...good old Motrin!!

Now....here is the thing.....When she left me she got with this other guy, well things got pretty rocky after a week and a half with them...and she has broken it off with him. She tried to stay his friend but he was a dick about it...he was making her pay for EVERYTHING just like his mom does for him....not good as she told him she has bills and she cant pay them because of him...he didn't care. He started going to the bar where she works and getting trashed, on his moms tab, then started taking pills and saying he was going to kill himself...AFTER A MONTH of knowing her and A WEEK AND A HALF of dating her!!! I was there when he was doing this crap and he was like "I love you"...ummmm A WEEK AND A HALF...what a loser...not that I am any better but I have known her for over a decade...come on man.

She has told me that she wants to be with me but she wants to take it slower then the last go at it. I ask her if by slow she ment it would be just her and I and she said yes...she has told me she loves me and yes I said it back. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice and all hell is gonna break loose!!! I still need alot of ****** so if anyone on here will be kind enough to hook me up you will be #1 in my book and I will go out of my way to hook you up with whatever I can!!! I mean that!!!! I know I am gonna catch alot of crap for all of this what with all that went on in the other thread but I cant help but think this could be something great and I cant stop fighting for it...she did come to me I did not try to get her back and she owned up to everything that broke us up except for me saying I wasn't going to stop getting myself off...sure I will stop doing it if it helps us... ummmm anyway...I think I am going to be a bit distant untill I think she is serious about being with me that way I don't get hurt like before. P.S. ******, PLEASE!!!!
