what is the problem here..
hey, i need help figgureing out what the heck is going on with my car, every once in a while (happening alot latly) the car will just fall flat on its face and not go above 2 grand on the rpms, my afc computer shows 0 afl when it does it (untill the cpu resets after the ignition is turned off) it happens primarly when at wot but has happened a few times just because, or just idling for a while will cause it to (a while being 15 min or better) i have replaced the timing belt and o2 sensors recently, and i just cant afford to replace every thing that i want to and need a point in the right direction to get the right stuff fixed to stop this.

Once again, me and my bud had the same problem with his Eclipse GS-T. It is the speed control, I know the problem, it starts out feeling like you let the clutch out bad or something, it's kinda spudery feeling, then you get up to about 1800-2000 RPM, and it just kinda chills there for a little, more spudering, then it just kinda gets normal again. then when you let off the gas its like you have an automatic cruise control. its basically a bad speed control. its like 25 bucks but you should take it your local mechanic to get a good diagnosis.peace
