trany ?s

How good are the trans on z32s? Tonite i parked my car and let it run for a bit. And when i jumped in the car to drive. i put it in reverse and it didnt ingauge. moved my foot off the clutch and didnt move . Or any gear. Then i turned the car off wait like 25 mins started it up and tryed again this time it worked but it felt like i had my foot on the clutch, so it would barly go. i was in 1st gear, gave it gas and rpms went up like i had clutch down but i didnt and car started to pick up in speed but very little. After a while it started to work like normal. anyone have this problem?

either, you got grease on it when you installed the clutch (or any other contaminant), or more likely, it's a hydraulic clutch problem, which is the "clutch " issue that i was referring to in my original post.

i think when i installed the clutch master cyclinder i had the rod almost as far out as it could go. And even with my foot off clutch it still had some pressure so the clutch wasnt grabing all the way like it should. I just got back from driving around for a while and the problem didnt happen again. So the adjustment did help so far. More driving will be need.
