Step by Step guide to pulling the engine...

i have the 1200 page manual for the car, but can't seem to find a simple, illustrated guide that takes you one step at a time through pulling your engine...and i know one has to exist somewhere...anybody have a link? over winter i'm going to need/want to do some internal work, slightly low compression on cylinder 6 and i dont wanna let it get worse, not a head gasket, most likely a piston ring...

so while i'm in there i'm going to replace all the piston rings, clean everything out, get a set of weisco pistons, was considering the eagle rods, but other than their decreased mass...they really aren't stronger than the stock forged rods enough to make worth the money IMO...and i have a tick, so will most likely be doing some valve work too...

i dont know if i'm capable or ballsy enough to take on the whole job myself, i really can't afford to screw up...but i know if i can get the engine out and take it to a shop alone, it would save me a LOT of money in labor that they would have spent just taking the engine out and then putting it back in...
