You are thinking of a Supra, I have yet to see a Single turbo Z, the V6 would make it very difficult and the plumbing would be insane if not impossible..
Plus you'd have to totally redesign the intake manifold..

they are right, single is a pain in the *** but twin will cost ya!
plus the car would run hot with a radiator...so intercooler is the answer so it's $2,500 for a twin and about a $1,000 for intercooler...got that kind of money?
