No electical power

Got the engine unsiezed by putting Aerokroil on top of the pistons. Went to check power. 12.4 volts at the battery. All fusable links by the battery are good(checked with a ohm meter) Have power to all fuses in the relay box. Have power to under dash fuse box. All above fuses are good. I have no power to the car. No tail lights, no turbo timer, no dash light and no spark when the neg is hooked up to the battery. I'm I missing something?
Thanks
Al

The car was running, engine over heated, all dash lights came on when it died and that was it. Hopping for a hidden fusable link or fuse.

maybe the ignition control switch? maybe a fuse under dash on the steering column for it? wires on it maybe..
