Not enough power at WOT

I know this might sound funny but I feel like there isnt enough power when my car is running at WOT but if I let off the gas pedal a little bit it pulls really hard. Pretty much like almost at WOT but slight off there was a big difference in power. Is that normal? Never really payed attention to it before until now. I checked my TPS and its adjusted properly it 0.46V at idle and 4.4V at WOT.

N/A or TT?
Have you checked (read) / replaced the spark plugs?
Checked for ecu codes?
What grade fuel are you using?
