Whoa wait a minute, did open up something here. A smog hook up would be good too.

You'll want to get the test pipes with the hi-flow cats. my didn't pass smog prior to replacing my factory mid pipes with test pipes + hi-flow cats. The smog test was better after replacing them, but it still didn't pass. My smog difficulties have nothing to do with my cats.

Lucky....do a search and enter emmissions and you'll be able find the thread. It's titled something along the lines of F**king emmissions, blah blah blah.
The factory mid pipes have a tube running from the cats to the IAV's. That valve would inject air into the cats to help them more efficently burn any unburned fuel. The newer cats do not require them, so you can remove the IAV's all together. They're located behind the splash shields in the front fender wells.
