Hi everyone. I recently bought a z32 which I was told had a bad starter. So, I changed it out. It still wont start. Now it tries to turnover, but wont fire up. I had it towed to a nissan specialist and it was there for one month. They changed the spark plugs and did other small things. They called me and told me it would fire up using propane. Then they wanted a huge deposit to keep it there , so I had it towed back. I went ahead and swapped in an ebay fuel pump, but it's 6 inches shorter than the factory. Now, it turns over and I hear the new fuel pump working, but it still wont start.So, if you have any advice I would appreciate it. Thanks and God Bless

Automotive Diagnostic Basics 101...

An engine needs 3 things to start (if mechanically sound):
-Proper air
-Proper fuel
-Proper spark

So, is the engine getting fuel at all 6 cylinders? Is it getting spark at all 6?
Any ecu codes?
Checked fuel pressure?
Checked compression?
