Code 87

Anyone know what a ECU error code 87 means? Its flashing on my 96TT.

no idea, I would call the dealer and have them take a look as it's not listed on any of the error code lists that I have.

Since you have a 1996 model, i suggest you take it to a dealer or other shop that has an OBDII ECU code reader. Since the above link is for 90-95 only.
