HP gain depends on whether you have an N/A or TT. Typically, you will get higher gains on mods such as this on the TT.
Either way, you will get a greater boost by going with the pop air filter (round). The drops in won't give you anything. I recommend JWT if you swap for the pop filter. Just my opinion but I think that you get just as good or better bang for the buck. You can get them for around $95.
