Tps adjusting?

Ok so I have read the articles and all that but which plug and pins do I measure? There is the plug that hangs off with 3 wires and then the plug on the side of the tps. Where and which pins?

... there is only one TPS plug... take pics of the two you're referring to and I'll tell you which one it is.

Test the middle wire on the plug it should be about .45-.53 volts or close to it.
