It cannot be a turbo oil line that is causing burning oil in the exhaust (the oil lines feed the center section, which is supposed to be sealed off from the turbine). One of the turbos is shot. (The center section is leaking oil into the turbine, where it is burning off and exiting through the exhaust.)

A compression test will determine if it's a head gasket or a turbo. Besides the blue smoke, if it seems to run fine, it's probably a turbo.

Easiest way to replace turbos is to remove the engine. And 2nd what CanyonCarver said... do a compression test to make sure it's a turbo and not the head gasket (though I fully believe it to be a turbo).

The turbos can be replaced with the engine in the car, but I am ABSOLUTELY SERIOUS that it is easier to just remove the engine.

Step 1: Remove the engine

If there were an easier way, the writeup would've detailed how to do it.

My advice though, do not remove the alternator or power steering pump from the engine. Leave those connected and pull the engine with them on the motor (just disconnect them). The AC compressor should be removed and left in the chassis though (without disconnecting the lines), so you don't lose your AC charge.
