BOV Kits and Options.
I saw the write up on the BOV install on TT.net
I was wondering if you did that with you BOVs Zlover and that's how that got stolen? Being in the front and pretty easy to get to and all.
Muffinman, put the money into a boost controller (along with a re-chip) If I remember correctly boost jets will get ya to about 13psi and on stock turbos with stock injectors you can turn it up to about 17psi and get a little more power from the stock set up. It also helps to have those other mods you mentioned, like the downpipes intake JWT chip etc etc.
Zlover,I've heard that the 555 injectors actually flow 600 and are good for up to about 580hp, have you heard this? This would mean they would be good for sport 600's, 530's, gt675's and gt2530s at moderate boost levels.
Anyone know anything (good/bad) about these?

Mine were stolen because there was no fascia on the car at the time (this was right after the accident). The car was behind my friend's house and I asked him to remove the BOV's so they wouldn't get stolen... needless to say, he didn't do that in time. If you want something done right, you have to do it yourself.
555's are good for 580rwhp+.

His old dyno pulls were 583rwhp and 610rwhp. The "XYZcc/min are only good for XYZrwhp" saying is just a general guide... there's a lot more to making power than just fuel flow (intake temperatures can change horsepower DRASTICALLY without changing fuel flow). It's important, nay imperative to have some way of monitoring them to make sure they aren't at 100% duty cycle, though. I use my AVC-R to watch them. I'm on 555's with GT2530's.

I ran 16psi on stock injectors and intercoolers, and I've done over 17psi on stock intercoolers with 555 injectors. 16psi should be fine, 17 is questionable. I'd only do 17psi if I had a way to monitor injector duty cycle (with an AFC or AVC-R). And 93 octane only.

Huh 93 ehh we only have 91 in Sac/Roseville. 16psi sounds good. I just ordered the HKS exhaust so when I get funds I'll do the ecu and then the controller. guess I'm going to have to get a new boost guage since stock doesn't go that high.
Any pics of where you guys have mounted yours?
Thanks Tim

How are you going to turn up the boost without an electronic boost controller? The Z32 community will not recommend manual boost controllers because they are inaccurate and do not prevent boost spike.
My advice at this point is to use the boost jets that come with the JWT intake. They will give you about 14-15psi. Get an electronic boost controller to turn up the boost to 16psi and the good ones have built-in gauges so you can monitor injectors and boost level.
