I am having the same issue. No lights are on at all. The only thing I can think is maybe the aftermarket stereo is draining mine. But, I don't even have the face plate on the stereo. So, I too am looking for others who may know.

Passive restraint system fuse
I had a random power drain on my Z and it turned out to be the Passive restraint system (seat belt). It releases the tension on the seatbelt or something when the door is open. I pulled the fuse for it from the fusebox under drivers kickpanel and the power drain went away. I never had the issue fixed and the Z died from other causes before I could look into it more.

What year is your car? (The specifications of your car [NA/TT and year] should be included in almost every thread in which you're asking for technical help.)
Do you have an aftermarket alarm with active sensors (impact, motion, etc)?
Do you have an amplifier that is wired directly to the battery without a control wire going to a switched power source (like the stereo's control wire, or some other ignition-activated power source)?
How old is your battery?

pull the ground strap. hook an ammeter between the battery post and terminal. see if you see a drain. if so start pulling fuses to see if it goes away. if no drain then charging system suspect. take it to a battery shop for analysis usually free.
