ok well I have a 91 n/a 300zx I put new injectors in it and new plugs and I am having a flooding problem at idle I am thinking it is the fuel pressure regulator I was wondering if anyone has had this problem oh yea it has 160,000mi on it and all the plugs and injectors fire

I would first speculate that you have one or more pinched / cut injector o'rings.
It's not likely the fpr. You can check it and the damper tho by applying a vacuum to the vacuum line for each. If they hold a vacuum, generally they're o.k.
If the sparkplugs are wet with fuel after running the motor, I'd suggest pulling the injectors back out and closely inspecting the o'rings. Be careful, there have been instances of hydrolocked motors caused by bad fuel leaks. Also a spun crank/rod bearing is a possibility due to too much fuel getting into the oil. Change the oil shortly after your problem is fixed.
