1st post.Looking to buy Z32

Hello everyone! This is my first post in the forum. I joined primarely because I'm in the market to buy a used Z32. I'm looking for a TT, preferably 92+ or a 2+2 if a TT is not available. I've been doing my own research on the Z32 and I still wanna find out more pros and cons of owning one. Never in my life I've own a Z32, but I've driven one and I fell in love with it ever since. To be honest, I don't know much about turbos, so I don't know how much of a deal will it make, if I decide to purchase a twin turbo. I could settle for the N/A but I really want the extra power. I have read some threads about "what to look for when buying a Z" and they've been very helpful. Is there anything else any of you could suggest, as far as what model years to purchase, problems with buying a turbo, basic maintenace issues, common problems associated with the car, etc ? I'm really looking forward to getting one of these cars, but I wanna find out as much as posssible, all the good and all the bad. I'd really appreciate any help I could get, and don't worry, I'm doing research of my own too.
Thanks

They make them new now? lol jk jk. Just remember that with a TT, there are a few luxary items your more than likely going to want to purchase (Boost controller, turbo timer) that just make life easier. It's ALOT easier to sink A TON of money really QUICK into the TT... (not saying that you can't do it with the NA).
and for god's sake, let your turbo's cool down! lol.

turbo's need to cool down? i thought burning oil in them was good for the lubrication process. yeah just get a turbo timer, then they cool themselves so you dont have too. kinda like scrubbing bubbles. which is another reason y highmileage TT cars are a risk. who knows how theyv been maintaned and then all a sudden no boost. test drive it for one, look for abnormal boost in the guage, and get records of maintanence to see if it was taken care of. and under body rust. hopefully though if you own a Z you respected it. most people do.
