Should I use spacers with these?

I just bought some 18's. they will bolt up all the way around. The only problem is the fronts only clear the calipers with the thickness of 2 quarters. Should I go ahead and buy 2.5mm spacers for the fronts? Or for front and rear? Or thicker spacers?

Idk what kind of rims they are. Here are some pics.

I didn't know if that was enough clearance or not.

As long as your wheels don't wobble.

I ended up buying some 2.5mm spacers for just the front. Kind of wondering if I should have for the rears too.

What do you guys think...

Front:
2.5mm spacers with 225/40R18

Rear:
No spacers with 235/40R18

I hope they're hub centric. If not then return them ASAP otherwise you're almost guaranteed to have wheel vibrations.

Since your wheels clear your calipers and all that, the only point in spacers now is for the right stance or look. We would kind of need to see the car to give you a credible opinion. So pics ahoy! In the end it's still up to you (obviously) and since everyone's got different taste just go with what you like. Pics ahoy though.

Oh and there is one other reason to have spacers actually, it's if you're tracking your car. Wider is more stable. But then so is lower, and I think wider tires do better than just a wider stance. That's a whole other ball game though.

Here are the pics. I ended up doing what I said up above. They look great still working on my fuel injectors and pump so I haven't driven it yet to see how they feel. Didn't have a bunch of weights on any of the wheels to balance them so that's a plus.

Well here they are. Hopefully I can post more than one pic per post. If not sorry in advance.

Body work is definitely the next project. I feel like I'm bringing this car back from the dead. It barely ran when I bought it a year and a half ago and now it's TT with a few mods and working on the body next.

The previous owner(s) didn't take care of this thing at all. The reason I got it for $1,800.
