Engine control Fuse Blowing

I have a 87 n/a. Every time I turn the key on to my car the EC Fuse blows. I know there is a short but I can't find it. I've replaced the fuseable links by the batt. because two of them burned through. but now those are fine but my EC fuse keeps blowing. Its a green and white wire that I know goes to the computer and to the Ignition coil. I just can't figure out where to look for the Short. Any Suggestions?

since that wire powers the O2 sensor, Air regulator, and the coil.............I would start by unplugging all 3 and see if the fuse still blows.

It was the wires leading to the O2 sensor. They got too close to the exhaust manifold and melted together. Thanks for the help.
