CHTS connector..
would a dirty CHTS connector cause the car to run extremely rich?

umm... If it's dirty, why not clean it and remove all doubt?

It could. But that will depend on how dirty it is.

i did, including taking a small wire brush, but didtn notice any difference except for an exhaust note change..
