Bought a 89 na for 250$ had injector fire, it burnt the motor, interior (dash,head liner ect.) the hood is shot, the windsheild,and plastic of the ttops. The rear end is good,springs,Axel,and so what.all the rest of the glass is good,the spoiler,has a new magnaflow fart can,the rest of the body is good including hatch,wheels,3 good tires,most of the plastic in rear,carpet,tail lights,one head light,anyways there's alot of good parts I won't use and will sell if interested. Deal or no deal?

If you bought it to part out the major things, plan on huge shipping costs that people don't want to pay for, or can't afford. I shipped a diff to TX last month at a cost of $58. A transmission will be well over $100.

All the Z’s I’ve owned since October 2005 and what I paid for them. Several of them did not run, had blown motors. The Red 87 NA that was free and the nice looking black 87 Na I paid $300 for had injector fire and had the engine compartment pretty well burnt.

so i mean the tran has to be worth 250 even if i need it for myself, the rear end should be worth 250 even i want to use it for myself. what im saying, would i be able to buy a tranny,rear end,wheels,glass ect. for 250$ for my own use. even if i dont sell parts of it. i wanted the spoiler for my car. its hard to find a nice stock spoiler for my car for 250 am i right? how much would you sell me a rear end for? how much would you sell me a tranny for ? im just wondering if $250 was worth it?

 

It's all relative. If you can use the majority of the parts on your cars, then sell off anything else, $250 is a good deal. But usually junk yards only charge $30-$70 for differentials, transmissions, etc. So if you bought a car for $250 for a $30 diff, you got screwed.

 

I have a complete rear end suspension, diff, half shafts, trailing arms, shocks, springs etc. for sale on CL right now for $100. NA 71C trans for $125, spoiler for $40. All of the most desirable parts are from the doors forward.

I guess it depends on where you live. Here in the Puget Sound region of WA state, Z31's are a dime a dozen and used one's and parts are cheap.

I need both rear side windows,back windsheild,tranny,rear diff,four wheels,fuel tank,fuel pump,spoiler,back hatch,axles,4 calipers,rotors,driveshaft,magnaflow muffler,rear hatch seal,all the plastic in the rear,carpet for the rear,original jack,all break cables,center consol,original shift ****,two nice boston 6 1/2,spare tire,engine block,rear bumper,both ttop glass,left and right rearveiws,fenders,Z emblem,rack and pinion,both tierod ends.( IN GOOD COND.) What is my total today including shipping ? If you can give me all this for $250.00 shipped lmk. thanks !
