The lights at the top of the dash are able to come on. MPG, Compass and all the displays on the side are able to come on. My tachometer, speedometer and all of the essentials on the main console are completely out. I'm guessing the solution is really simple (fuse, cut wire, etc.), but I'd still like a second opinion before digging in.

Assuming this is a digital cluster, the best bet is to check out the power supply located under the drivers kick panel. Some have been able to re-solder the solder joints going to the connectors, and others have gotten away with just shimming the connectors themselves.

When I had one, I ended up just replacing the whole unit with a known good one off Ebay
