Lightbulb Convert Cedric with VG30E to turbo

i have cedric and it has vg30i and i converted it to EFI .. what i want to do now is converting this vg30e to a turbo .. just a got turbo and its stuff and blow off valve and i want to install it soon ..
the compresstion ratio is 9:1 (we all knows that) .. we also has fuel preiumum 95 octain .. how much boost i can gain on my STOCK engine (9:1) ??

i ran my car with 280Z (L28) ECU with that old harness and L28 AFM.. and its works fine with NA.. can i run the turbo by this ecu too.. we did it before ( we ran VG30ET (turbo engine) with L28 ECU and it'w work fine) but the 9:1 na when we install turbo .. is it dangrous to run it by L28 ECU..??

u may ask why u use L28 ECU AND AFM.. because it adjustable by a scraw driver in minutes..

again my question ..
how much boost i can gain on my STOCK engine (9:1) by 95 octain fuel ??
i will not install an intercooler

why no intercooler? depends how much you tune. i would start off stock and keep tunning till you can go up on the boost. but if your set on no intercooler install methanol. i would say u can safetly do 9lbs but again it comes down your tunning skills.

my na is cr 9:1 and i can go with 7 psi?? without intercooler.. ??
i think i have to put only 4 psi .. what u think ..

waiting ur reply..

those are un-answerable questions ^^^ do it and find out. but if your going to turbo a 9:1 engine, which isnt much since its a strong block at least, run a good intercooler system and then that CR wont limit you by much at all.

I have ran a vg30e N/A with a turbo at 11psi with no problem using 87 gas and no intercooler. The lower end can hold over 300hp.

If they paid you to fill up in the Middle East, I'd still be living right here in the USA.

i got this answer from another website (vgpowered):

the most you'll be able to run on a daily basis is stock boost (6.8psi) your 95octane gas + retard the ignition timing about 1 degree or so....then take it easy...
Get some high octane race gas, like 100octane and you can safely run up to 14psi with no probs.
Hope this helps.

Maybe plumbing issues, or most likely money issues...

To do an inercooler in CA... not likely... got to fight smog... and if a cop pulls you over... they could take your car go having mods on your car... I have a friend or two that have thier car towed for eng. swaps even for putting on a KNN cone filter... soooo I'll put an inercooler on my 510 that needs no smog...
