1985 N/A to Turbo Swap, No Electrics/Crank

Hello everyone! I just bought this car two days ago as a project. The PO drove it for a while N/A and blew the motor. Picked up a donor turbo car and swapped the drivetrain. Now, he said since he swapped the motor it wouldn't turn over. From what I can see all electrical connections appear to be connected and I just bought a good battery today. The battery is pushing 12.56V to the cable but when I get in a turn the key to acc or run, nothing happens. No switches or lights work, the radio doesn't turn on, and of course the car doesn't turn over. It had a viper alarm system installed programmed to the original ECU. I figured that was the issue but I removed the entire alarm and still nothing. I'm out of ideas right now and I need some community brainstorming. Any help would be much appreciated.

I got all of the electrics to work. One of the wires going to the alternator was grounded when it was supposed to be powered. But I still can't get it to crank. I hear a clicking from the driver kick panel.

Found an ignition wire that was unplugged by the ecu. It went to the theft relay in the engine bay. So now she turns over but won't fire. I pulled a spark plug and I smelled fuel but there wasn't any visible. Also connected the plug to the boot and didn't see any spark. Ideas?

Fuel pump relay was bad. Replaced that so that's good on the fuel side. But now I think my PTU is bad. I got 12v from the harness but I don't know how to test the actual unit. Help por favor?

I would just check the fuseable links again, this sounds like the exact problem i had and it was the fuseable link.
