My suspension on my car is alright but down the road im looking at upgrading it all to performace suspension. I want new everyhting that has to do with suspension. Can someone direct me to where i can read up on all the different parts and functions of suspension and point me to some racing suspension for the 86 N/A Zx? or give me any advice and what not.

Do a lot of research before digging into your car. You need to decide what you want your suspension built for... Drifting? Drag racing? Street? AutoX?

Drifting requires a stiff *** suspension... but if you want it as a daily driver, a way stiff suspension will eventually drive you nuts... like those honda ricers bouncing on the freeway cuz they have their coils all the way down.
