I will be going back to Greer Dragway this Thursday the 25th. We ran this past Friday at Shady Side and had a blast as usual. If any one is interested let me know and I will meet everyone.

Nope mabey next week. We Might go to Shady Side Friday night, it's in Boiling Springs N.C. I don't know for sure yet though.

 

Anyone wanting to do some of that "other" racing, there's going to be an autocross in Clemson this Saturday, September 10. I'll be there, not in the Z though...I'll either be rocking out a Dodge Colt, and/or driving Clemson's club-owned RX-7. Be there by 9:30am at the latest if you want to register! Any other questions, feel free to PM/Email me!

Hopefully in another couple months I'll have plowed some more dough into the Z, and that'll give me a need to take it to the strip and see the effects. Maybe it'll coincide with some time you guys are headed out

 

Hey Shawn, There is going to be an Auto cross in Florence at the civic center this Sunday.

 

I was aware. Unfortunately I had already taken a day off to get to the Clemson event...that didn't happen (issues with University officials not getting their jobs done, or something). If I had known a day early that Clemson would be cancelled, you bet I'd have been at Florence. It's right friggin' across the street from General Electric! When I went out for lunch, I had to drive past all those people having fun racing. GRRRRRR!!!!!!

In short, I did a lot of driving and no racing this weekend. How was yours?

 

Weekend was good, Also just so you know we have a trip planned to go to Brian Willmont's house on the 15th of October. After that on the 16th their will be an Autocross at BMW which is great! My brother ,Cousin and I plan on running it.

 

hey, cu zcar, u remember the drift/autocross way back at greenville tech, possibly 2 years ago? well i was there, and i saw your car, i think i even have it still on video, if that was you, then hit me up and ill send u a copy.

 

Yea that was me, I have (stole) some pics that one of the NASA-X people took in the UZC gallery. I would like a copy of any video, though I'll be the first to admit the stills probably look a lot more impressive :-D you don't see me losing it all the time...
