It's a piece of crap. I can't remember who it was, but one of the major Auto mag. makers did a before and after dyno on a LT1 and they lost like 4 or 5 hp. For $70 you can go scrap yarding, find a bigger TB and buy the spacer off ebay and get an actual gain in power.

i have one installed on my 1996 Mazda 626 V6, and i can tell a big difference in low end power and fuel economy, for example before i had it installed i could get about 380 miles to a tank and run 6.9 sec.0-60 now i get around 400 miles to a tank and run 6.5 0-60. but i didnt pay for mine a friend gave it to me.

i do agree with Lazerus though if you want a good kick in the pants performance boost the the 60mm throttle body from a bone yard
