Hey just came over from 350zmotoring.com. I've been over there for a while and Rob informed me that there was a LV Z Club that I should check out over here. You guys seem really cool and hopefully I will get a chance to meet up with you guys at some of the Tech Nights or Meets. See you guys around town.

 

Welcome... so we need a breakdown of your Z, and you too edge: color, wheels, mods, 1/4 mile times, etc... do you track/autocross... all that good stuff.

Track/Lap Times: Haven't had a chance to autocross/race or anything like that, only the occasional idiot on the way home. Plan to wait around 35K until I go FI (maybe I'll have the money to then).

Occupation: Computer Maintenance Specialist/RPV Computer Journeyman - I work on those nifty remote control airplane systems you guys see on TV/Newspaper every once in awhile.

Hobbies: Driving my car, washing my car, Video games (XBOX), Drawing, Fixing crap, and ....uh...did I say Video games already?

I waited until 2K before I put my car on the track.

 

Yeah well, I just go my new place and then bought my wife an 04' Supercharged Xterra, so I can't just go out and mod the hell out of my car (I wish I could). Actually I wanted to wait until 35K because of all the problems the car had when it came out. It's kind of useless to do all of the FI and stuff like that if my car was already set-up for failure. I just wanted to make sure all the bugs were worked out and to try and learn from everyone elses mistakes. You guys can understand I'm sure.

Do you work out of Indian Springs or Nellis? I'm a 2W2, located in Area 2. I have a '04 PPW Z, 99% stock. When you get your 19's, what are you doing with your 18's? Nice to have another AF personnel here. Welcome!

 

No I work over here right across from Runner's World. I'm a 2E2 and I don't really go out towards area 2 unless it's for CWDT. I'm getting rid of the 18" Track wheels/tires for $1200 OBO to the local area. You interested?

I'll consider the wheels/tires depending what condition they're in: curb rash, paint chips, bents, tire tread life, etc. Thanks!

 

I'll post the pics eventually. There is one small 1/4 inch mark on the lip of the front left rim. Ted Weins left a 1/2 spot around the Lug holes on the rear left. Tires in front have about 6.5K on them and the rears have about 2K on them. I'm on swingshift (3:30) and work all week except Sundays and Mondays. If you want to see them in person just swing by and take a look at them.
