Exclamation Wing mirrors... how far up do I mount them?

I got a set of wing mirrors a while ago, not the power ones for the S130 nor are they from an S130, I wanted a different look & they should work fine but whats the exact measurements for aligning them? I got the JSP paintjob on the way after march i hope but I wanted to put the mirrors on early so i can work on the rest of the wiring

"wing mirrors" is not a term I have heard before.

Did you get the JDM style fender mounted mirrors?

Fixed in order to ensure Bleach's secret identity.

This is the only image I could find on Google for 280ZX with fender mirrors. Yeah, they're the power mirrors, but maybe you can kinda "eyeball" it. I don't think anyone would really take a tape measure out and call you on it...

Myself, I would just set up the drivers sideview where you can just see inside the A pillar from a seated position (but forward of the center of the wheel well), mount it, Measure the distance from the edge of the headlight "scoop", and mount the passenger side accordingly...

But that's just me...

mag won't work for this... I think the mirrors are off of a bluebird but it looks like I can use the lugnut closest to the front as a reference for lining it up... my car is lowered so I gott be careful when mounting these aswell
