any turbo can fit with the right flange and FI upgrade, theres alot more to upgrading a turbo then just replacing the turbo..

Yes and no

you will need a custom flange welded on to your exhaust manifold or "headers". Intake piping wont be too hard but again, it will have to be custom, You will probably have to run bigger oil and water supply lines. Probably easier to get the kit for the 240sx install and scavange parts from it....maybe, maybe not... That's a big *** turbo btw....good for well over 500HP. I assume you are putting it on a turbo engine? a rebuilt turbo engine with upgraded internals?

this isnt a civic kid , this is the real world, with real cars, just putting on a big turbo isnt going to anything but blow your motor..

its also kinda funny that they think that a civic with vtech is a "performance model" and that the non-vtec SOHC civic are for good fuel economy?

Not that i really care, but maybe newbergo00b3r had a genuine question. Relax with the flaming guys. This is zdriver, not hybridz or 3ZXC. Welcome the new folks with level headed advice so that they might want to come back. . . .

^ Agree... Come on people don't flame on somebody new. They may be really a noob. And need proper guidance. Cut the guy some slack, and give him the help he needs. And or advice, we are a family after all... aren't we? Okay I have said my peace.

No it won't fit because it will hit the power steering box.

That's one of the reasons they went to a rack in the turbos.

Did a '79 even have full power as an option? I thought they had manual rack or power assist rack.
