60mm tb swap is easy if you want to do it. pallnet sells the spacer and what not to get you rolling. im not saying do it because it will give you almost nothing on a stock engine. takes alot of little things to make something nice. i have a 60mm tb that is cable operated. its also simple to do just gotta be handy with some tools. reason why i went cable is because of shaved intake that had the works done on it.

hahaha nismo i was laughing my *** of on that. but to your answer 2by what you do is your thing. funny quote of the day. hahaha. the cable to the tb is just like driving any other car. some people like the linkage while others still like the cable. personaly i like the quick response and feel of the cable operated tb

There are a few build threads - you'll have to search them out. Basically the rears bolt in and you have to either use the 240SX front spindles or adapt the 280ZX spindles to the 240SX struts.
