power transistor prw-2

I have a 83 280zxt. has anyone ever switched to a prw-2 power transistor (X31)? Can it be done? You can't find an oe transistor, they do not make them anymore.
Thanks guys,

Ok i solved the blue bullet wire! It just spiles into the negrtive side of coil. I now have spark. I believe i may go to the tach.
Thanks for all your effort and time!
