Ok I know I've got a serious Z car problem but this was another one of those once in a lifetime opportunities that comes along every month....

2+2 Flywheel
1982 NA 5spd
Turbo CV rear end
Brembo rotors with new pads
Rack & Pinion conversion
T3/T4 Garret turbo from Skyline R32

Where are the engine pics? And how much did you score this for?

 

Lol I just posted the pictures from the ad. After we figured out the broken wire for the fuel pump relay and the bad ground on the battery cable we went to the gas station to dilute the year + old gas and put some air in the crusty tires. I think it's the tranny that is making an aweful noise. It's not so bad in fourth but that's straight through so.. I bought it to my friend with a hoist who was only a few blocks from where I bought it. He actually came outside because he heard me drive by lol. I'd like to get her running enough to see how the engine pulls but I don't want to get on it when it sounds like the tranny is going to gernade....

 

I'm just trying to figure out what a T3/T4 turbo from a Skyline R32 is....

Lol - OK I've got like 5 gazillion car projects on the go now. I'm still trying to finish off the carpets on the 280ZXT I bought in March that I haven't even finished importing yet. I'll probably have to do the swap-a-roo with the 280ZXT Stroker I just bought and the 280ZXT I'm fixing up. The Stroker is at my friends place right now waiting to go on the hoist. We've got to figure out what's happening with the tranny then I'll take some pics for ya.

Lol that's the only reason I got 'er (and the body kit). She is ROTTEN.... like most of the Z's here in "Z heaven". Actually most of my Zs are from the US...
