This one's for Apollo!

HAHAHA!! I dyno'd my Honda today! WooHoo!! 132hp and 123 ft/lbs of torque to the wheels on the 87 octane program baby! For a 2400lb car and a naturally aspirated 1.6L, that's pretty damn smokin'!

I'm thinkin' I can get another 15hp out of it if I swap to the 91 octane program. Who knows what it'll do on 104 octane race gas?!

Thats more than a stock naturally aspirated 280zx is putting to the wheels (according to Nissan anyways). Well the whorepower anyways. I don't think the torque is quite there yet

So my first question for you and your riced out grocery gettin pile o basura . .
What is it again that you do for a living that enables you to have the time, let alone the money, to dyno your civic?
Secondly . .
Why in the hell would you even take the time and effort (money?) to dyno your civic?
Thirdly . .
Do you stil believe yourself when you say it's not a ricer?
and lastly . .
Did you know you could get even more ponies out of your civic with a few stickers, some under car neons, an even bigger coffee can than you already have, a hood with oversized scoops, aluminum rear wing, a 500lb stereo system and some black steel honda rims up front with your allloys out back?

Tsk tsk tsk. . .Poor wade. Why dont you share some of them greenbacks with me so I can finish my Z and futher the decline of you daughters college money savings account?

First, I don't have to pay for dyno time...

It's free and takes all of 15 minutes...

Of course! See your quote below...

I think a 500 watt stereo is sufficient and only adds about 20 lbs.

But then you wouldn't appreciate YOUR car as much as I know YOU can!

On a side note, I finally got the intake/header, new exhaust & muffler, 5-speed and electronic ignition installed on my 240Z! WooHoo!!

Now, it'll go on the dyno tomorrow or this weekend depending on my schedule and you guys can be happy knowing that my 240, that weighs only 2300 lbs will make more power than my Honda!

Hahahahaha . . . .for the love of sliced bread.
You know what I'd really appreciate? A L28ET, a 240 shell and fully furbished/heated garage with machine shop and living quarters.

. . . . .You heard it from the man! Everybody to Wades place!

Seriously though, you wanna lend me your car hole to do some small technical work? This rain really puts a damper on even regular maintenance when one is without shelter
