Help with an 83 shell swap
TL;DR 83 NA 5 speed swap into a 82 Turbo auto shell
Story of the project:
Dad had 83 NA 5 speed that was hit back in the 90's and took the check and never got the body damage repaired so the body started to rot beyond repair while it sat in storage. Then about a year ago he stumbled on a very clean 82 turbo auto T-Top with a blown motor and he picked it up without asking me for advice because he thought it would be a straight motor swap
Fast forward to today, I swapped all the body and engine bay harnesses, HVAC (since the turbo had auto HVAC), motor and tranny and now it's almost done.
But I'm not sure on a few things
The yellow wire is on the headlight harness and should be wire 45 that goes "To magnet clutch" but I have no idea it's talking about
Then there is a Black and white wire that should wire 49 that is on the engine harness that goes "To condenser" I think it goes to this capacitor that sits on the ignition coil?
but I don't know where the other end goes to
Then there is one wire that comes off the AC compressor I don't know where it goes.

Magnetic clutch = a/c compressor ... so yellow bullet connector goes to a/c compressor wire.
B/W bullet connector goes to your capacitor in pic 2, other side connects to the spade connector at base of distributor.
Hopefully you are using the FSM as it has helpful detailed diagrams. If not, click: XenonZcar.com S130 Factory Service manuals
Here are some helpful diagrams too...
