Regular power steering fluid is yellowish to clear, that's at least what is not supposed to be used in the Nissan stuff. Or at least my manual for my Z31 and the Z32 use ATF.
I think most power steering systems take ATF, that's what my dad said to put in my Firebird's pump, and he made it sound like it was a dumb question when I asked what to put in it lol
