Fuel pump relay is between the dash and a-pillar on the passenger side. You prolly need to unbolt the dash wiring block to get to it.

Before you do that, have you checked for voltage going to the fuel pump?

You can use a 12v light bulb if no voltmeter.

I think one of the relays are behind the battery. There is a plastic plate there you can remove.
The other one is behind the dash passenger side. Remove the glovebox to get at it. It is right along the right wall of the car. There are a couple relays there. One is for fuel

Welcome to the world of 25 year old cars... It's almost ALWAYS related to the electrical in some way. A sensor wire, a relay or a bad/corroded connection.

OK JUST FOR THE HELL OF IT, I TRIED TO START IT AGAIN. IT STARTED!!!! AND ALL I DID WAS WAIT A LIL WHILE.. IT ACTED LIKE IT WAS FLOODED BUT IO KNOW THATS NOT THE ISSUE. nOW WHEN I WAS ON MY WAY TO WORK THE CAR VIBRATES LIKE IT HAS A REAR TIRE BLOWN OUT. YOU KNOW WHAT I MEAN THE THUMPING KIND OF VIBRATION... I'M STUMMPED ON THAT ONE AS WELL.
