more info!
this car has never been driven by you, correct? So it still goes through the gears while the engine is off and the pedal is stuck at the floor?

I think you just have no fluid in your clutch hydralic system.

yeah the fluid is what your problem most likely is. I just had to bleed my system after my engine swap. Its a PTA if you do it by yourself. If you have no one to help you the best way to bleed it is connect a hose to the fitting on the bottom right side of the tranny. then put the other end into a jar filled with fluid. that way when you pump the the pedal the air goes into the jarand not back into the line. Just make sure your reservior is kept filled or you will suck air back into the system... NOT FUN. eaiser just to get some one else to help ya.

you can also gravity bleed the system once you pump it up, then bleed, then pump and gravity bleed some more.

now thats alot harder... at autozone they have a 1 person vaccuum system for around $30. Not sure if they are good or not. I'm taking mine to a place that can power bleed

My "one person bleeding system" is called a 2x4. Just wedge a 2x4 between the pedal & seat, then roll back & open the bleeder valve... wala!

The best means of doing it is to use a vacuum source at the master cylinder and pulling in fluid through the bleeder and sucking the air out through the master cylinder. This ensures there is no air trapped in the system.
