1983 ZX won´t start.
Hey guys,
I bought my Z not running last Thursday. The dude told me it did before he changed the fuel pump.
I don't know if that's true.
I have fuel presure behind the filter (didn´t check how much yet) and I have a spark on all six spark plugs.
He had a fuel regulator behind the filter, cause he said the presure is to high now. When I took that out on Saturday the engine worked but rough, maybe just on 5 cylinders.
I checked the firing order, too.
Yesterday I couldn't get it running for some reason.
And the fuel looks weired. Maybe I'll change that....
When it was running, the 6th injector was squirting a little so I put a hose clamb on it.
Any ideas?

Ok, fuel change is scheduled for tomorrow
Today I checked the fuel presure right behind the stock fuel regulator (that one next to the injectors). I messured around 85psi when I tried to start the engine, that's the same I messured behind the filter.
I think/hope that maybe the higher presure killed that regulator.
Do think that's possible? I mean, it's als 33 years and 228k miles old.
