1979 280zx 302 swap
Hi was wondering if anyone here has done this swap. iv seen a few 350 swaps and seen kits for them but i like the 302 better anyone that could give me some advice i would be really appreciate it thx.

It's been done before, but it's just not common because there are 350 swap kits to make it easy. How is it done? Build custom motor mounts / trans mount, driveshaft, hoses, couplers, bigger radiator, frame supports, etc etc etc.
FYI... the 280ZX has almost a perfect 50/50 balance with the inline 6.... shoving in a V8 throws off that balance. Just food for thought.

Thx i had all that stuff in mind this is my second 1979 280zx. my origanal was my first car and i sold it a few years back 
i was mainly wondering if anyone here has done the swap and could give me a few pointers thx though

alright tell me this how many of yall thank i cant drop a 302 in the 280 cuz if i can drop a 302 in a ranger then i can put one in a 280 cuz theres a hell of a lot more room in the 280 no it wont fit perfict but it will fit i dare some one to tell me it wont and if i do swome how blow the straight 6 up then ill just pull it out and rebuild it
