WOW~! electrical connector crumbled

i was just going through electrical this weekend cleaning all the contacts, and man..i pulled off a connector ive never pulled off before, and as i pulled it off, it completely crumbled, im suprised it had any metal at all to scrape, so i cleaned it put it back on, and it drives so smooth, and now there is so much more pedal response its unbalievable...its a connector that goes directly to the throttle boddy, not the throttle switch one, the one connector that goes on the other side of the throttle body, not sure what it controls exactly.

THe only other two I can think of close to that is the cold start valve, and the thing on the botum of the throtle valve, wich has one wire, but I think that controls the blower for the injectors and manifold.

i dont know...well, i also found a loose wire that ran from the harness split into 4 wires to some vacumm type thing, not too sure, that had to round pieces that had 2 wires running from each, so i replaced the loose frayed wires on that too...maybe that was it, i did both before i started the car up
