What's a Moderator????
I'm new here and I saw on the bottom there was something like four members and four guests logged on and 1 moderator.

On message boards/forums like this, a Moderator is like a online referee, usually one of the senior members. They intervene when people don't heed the rules of the forum, like acting up, post whoring, etc.
