The Talking Person isn't Talking anymore Help Please???????

Ever since i changed my front speakers the talking Person that tells you if you left your lights on, etc. doesn't say it anymore, i hear it playing but no sound. I think it is have to do w/ the speaker by the windshield, but do you know which wire is suppose to hook up to a speaker?

Did you use the factory wiring going to your front speakers or did you run new? When I replaced my dash speakers I used the factory wire's and my lady still works. Its either that or the unit that works her...........

Thats why yuor lady is not working, you will need to remove your dash again to correct this. when you do look at the old speaker plugs and then idenify the color of the wires then you can reconnect them on your new system. Its a pretty easy fix just a pain to have to tak your dash apart and I do believe that she works through the center speaker and not the one behind the glove box. That would too easy to fix cause you can reach it by removing your g box. You will have to reconnect the facory wires because the device that works the lady is between the radio and the speaker. Go's from radio through lady box to speaker so go ahead and yank it back apart. Hope this helps..................

Ya, that sounds right. You could also plug the original factory speaker plug into its own separate speaker. maybe use the factory speaker if you have it and put it anywhere you can behind the dash. It won't interfere with your new stereo setup then.

Ya, that's the idea. You can run the wires into a huge amp and then back to your subs so when you leave your door open your whole car will rattle with the soft voice of a Japanese woman.

You should be able to do it that way, just use the wires going to that mid speaker and run to a seperate speaker should do fine.............
