Need some advice with injectors

After finally getting the car to run I'm getting nothing from 3 of the injectors. I pulled the rail and inspected. Probably need to replace ALL the rubber. So here is what I have found:
Injector O Ring kit with 6 large and 6 small O rings
Injector holder (6)
However, I see a second option for injector O rings.

http://www.partsgeek.com/catalog/197..._seal_kit.html

In the FSM I see only 1 large and 1 small O ring.
It's just a little confusing and I want to get the order right the 1st time.

I plan to use high pressure fuel line for the hoses.
Also, I have a parts car and was planning on swapping out the bad injectors with the ones from it. How do I test them?

Thanks!

As for the "second option", you mean the pic w/ just two o-rings? I dunno what those are, but what you need is the set of 6 big flat o-rings, and 6 small flat o-rings.

Yeah I noticed the covers are brittle and probably need changing. I'm going to use the injectors from the 83 because they are in better shape.
