Car won't start!
first of all, drain the fuel tank. Put in new fuel. Pull out all 6 spark plugs and throw them away. Put in new spark plugs.
Try starting it then. You'll almost never have good gas or spark plugs that have sat in a car 2-3 years.
I once had brand new spark plugs put in a project Z. It ran great. Then the car sat for 4 months without starting. After that it wouldnt' fire at all. I replaced the spark plugs again and it fired right up. This is unusual for such a short time frame, but it happens sometimes.

Time for brakes!
How are you? Well, I took all the plugs out of the car, I put them in the oven to dry them out. Once they were dry, I put them back in the car. I used starting fluid and the car fired up! It kept running as long as I sprayed starting fluid in it. I then traced the wires to the pump. I wired the pump directly to the battery and tapped on the pump with a hammer. It started to work! I kept it wired up like that until it worked on it's own. Then I started the car, keeping it running with starting fluid until it would run on it's own. Now it starts up on the first turn of the key! The pump works like it should! Now I can here it hum for 5 seconds. I moved the car, but now I need to do brake work, so I didn't go far! To be honest, I went about 20 feet! Just enough to go forward and backwards. It purrs! Thank you for all of your suggestions Herbert.
