83 na sounds like missing also how do you lean engine up a bit

has new sparkplugs wires tested new feul pressure regulator compression is at 125 psi fuel filter clean no watter in gas egr valve blocked off

it runs rough all the through rpms it all started after i lit it sit for about a week when the starter died didnt have chance to fix

please if you have any advice please help
also if you know how to lean up the mixture a bit that couldnt
hurt its real real rich

Check your air intake? Could be a leak..

you say you replaced yor fuel pressure regulator. With a new one? This could cause one to run rich it there is to much fuel pressure. check vac lines. it is also recommended that the fuel pressure regulator be on a vacuum line by itself.
