80 280zx Engine Issues. (Oil Pictures)

My 280zx was running rough for about 2-3 weeks and had white exhaust, I also noticed coolant disappearing fast with no noticeable leak. Read a lot on these forums and it led me to believe my head gasket may be blown.

Pulled all my spark plugs and they are clean, no coolant or anything odd on them.

Drained my oil and this is what I was faced with, being that I am new to almost all aspects of car maintenance I don't know what this means besides that it just looks off to me, not sure how noticeable coolant would be in it. So, Oil experts abroad! What does this mean? Thanks

That means new head gasket time! You have coolant in your oil big time.

Sounds good, Thanks a lot Duckyz. It's gonna be one hell of a learning experience since I'm doing it on my own.

On this engine, it's really not all that bad. The hardest part is taking off all the fuel injection stuff and remembering where it goes. At least you can unbolt the main things and fold it back to make room for the valve cover.

You'll probably want to replace the valve cover gasket while it's off. No harm in getting fuel injector o-rings as well.

Yup yup... classic orange foamy oil. Step by step in the Haynes.
